Processing & Delivery

• All orders include FREE SHIPPING.

• Our delivery time is 10 days.

• Customers are responsible for local taxes, duties, and customs charges.

• We currently offer worldwide shipping, delivering to most countries across the globe.

• Shipping methods: Depending on the country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS. 

Order Cancellation

• You may request cancellation within 5 minutes of placing your order.

• Cancellation approval is subject to the processing status at our fulfillment center and is only applicable to credit card payments.

Returned to Sender

• If an item is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address:

 ◦ A €10 reshipment fee applies.

 ◦ No refund will be issued if the package is destroyed and not returned to the warehouse.

• If the package is refused or undeliverable after all delivery attempts:

 ◦ Up to 50% of the purchase price will be charged as a resale/logistics fee.

Pick-Up by Courier

• Customers must track shipments and collect packages from the post office if needed.

• If unclaimed, packages will be destroyed, and we are not liable for replacement or refund.
